Parkhead Post Office
336-340 Eccleshall Road South, Sheffield, South Yorkshire
There's a reason they're the worst rated post office around.
Went at 8:30pm to pick up a parcel. Specially ordered it here because it is the only late open one around, and they said they shut the post office area at 8pm, even though it says 9pm. Also, the timings are not accurate on here at all because they then followed up and said it opens at 10am and shuts at 6pm on Sunday - and that's not reflected on the Google listing either. Waste of time, the lady at the desk was rude and ignored when I showed the Google listing. The parcel was essential to be collected as it contained some very important, time sensitive components needed early the next day...

Unhelpful and unfriendly. Our parcel was too heavy. There appears to be no clear difference between this and other post offices. Very annoying. Will do my best to avoid this place in the future.

Refused a parcel that wasn’t that big as too big and were incredibly rude about it. Why be listed as somewhere you can have parcels delivered to if they don’t want to be.
